How should I take care of the products?
It is important to keep the product in its own box or in an airtight jewelry box when not in use. The products protected from dust and air contact will retain their first day’s shine. Contacting with chemicals such as disinfectant and cologne should be avoided. We recommend avoiding hard hits and contacts as the beads are made of glass.
What materials do you use in jewelry?
Earring hoops, pins, hooks and necklace chains are 925 sterling silver and 18 carat gold plated. The locks of the bracelet are 18 carat gold plated on brass. Glass beads are used in beaded products. All the products are nickel-free.
Does discoloration occurs on the metal parts of the jewelry?
The silver material used in necklaces and earrings can change its color after excessive use or chemical contact, but it should not be forgotten that silver is also a material that can regain its shine when it is taken care of. At this point, how you take care of your jewelry matters. Keeping the products in a closed jewelry box when not in use; avoiding contact with chemicals such as perfume, cologne, disinfectant, will allow you to use the product with its first day’s shine for a longer time.
How do I clean the silver products?

How can I determine my ring size?
Gui rings require special measurement, unlike standard ring sizes. You can easily take your finger measurement by following the instructions in the “How to Take Finger Measurement” heading under each product in the Rings section.

Can I wear the product under water?
For long-lasting use, we recommend to avoid contact with water.
Do the products cause allergies?
All of our products are gold plated. However, if you are allergic to products other than silver, we recommend that you choose silver necklaces and earrings rather than bracelets with brass locks.
